When person is not follow the order direction and not the cross the order direction so this is a civil twit but when person disrepute the court and judge and try to disputed him so this is a criminal twit.for this give the jail and fine both,where in civil twit jail is not possible this is vary notorious and controversial in India power.
जब कोई व्यक्ति आदेश निर्देश का पालन न करे या उल्लंघ न करे तो यह सिविल अवमानना है पर्ंतु यदि कोई व्यक्ति न्यायालय को बदनाम करे जजों को बदनाम तथा विवादित बताने का प्रयास करे तो यह आपराधिक अवमानना होगी जिसके लिये कारावास/जुर्माना दोनो देना पडेगा वही सिविल अवमानना मे कारावास संबव नही है यह शक्ति भारत मे काफी कुख्यात तथा विवादस्पद है
